No Sunday roast today, just some simple comfort food.
Baked potato with cheese, baked beans, ham and some greenery

 

That looks very satisfying for a cold night.

 

Did a few of these . Fed a bunch of families. My kids wanted hot dogs. Go figure.

 

Feed them hotdogs. Send the pork to me!

 

Some Roast chicken in a simple marinade of Tuscan spiced Olive oil, raspberry vinaigrette, soy sauce, brown sugar and a few other thing

i didnt know you could stuff a chicken wing... NOTED!

 

if you remove two small bones from chicken wing, you'll get a nice size pocket. You can replace sweet rice & shiitake mushroom with minced shrimp & cheese if you prefer more Western taste.

 

Sugarcane and shrimp paste stuffed wings are my favorite
