    I don't buy knives other than kitchen knives, but something like this could definitely change my mind. The concept and execution is nothing less than staggering. Wow -- what a gorgeous functional piece of art! Kudos to you guys....

    Thanks Chef!! That is nice of ya to say so!! The dagger has a history and has been a cruel mistress for me. Making these is a challenge. One that I would only compare to the challenge of making a properly ground single bevel slicer. There are many fine details that all have to be RIGHT.. And if there not. Well. Yea. It wound look or work properly.

    I have always been interested in Daggers. and the science as to why a properly made dagger is actually a stronger blade then a regular blade even if the regular blade is much thicker. Anyways. Without getting all long winded. Thank you again . Whoever ends up with this piece is going to love it. In hand its amazing!
