I remember trying something once but I wasn't to fond. Clams maybe? It had to be boiled

 

Grilled White shrimp and Oysters tonight..PDG! I only spilled one Oyster!

 

Is this what it's like to live on the coast? Fresh seafood every night. I gotta relocate.

Well I have a stock on with all the shells and heads, I hate to waste that resource as I never get good shrimp up north. Most likely just cold on a salad and save the stock for later, perhaps some rice cooked in the stock or??
That Del has been great for me- I broke down an entire deer with that and it never was sharpened once during. Its very robust little knife and I seem to reach for it quite a bit.

 

This is going to be good.

Snow day, " day off" . Cooked my kids breakfast lunch and dinner. Shoveled a path to sled, cleared out the cars, and then cleaned out the fridge and made soup. Italian sausage, chorizo, kale, carrots ,onions , garlic, garbanzos , pasta, and tomatoes. Just need a little grated cheese and a chunk of bread. And definitely a beer...or 2

 

That looks mighty tasty for cleaning out the fridge! You definitely deserve a beer after all that work on a snow day!

 

I love my kids but they are driving me crazy. Too much of a good thing. Going for a beer. I look forward to work tomorrow .
