    I am not sure what do you mean by looking old ? I am posting them as I finish them immediately , these are cutting tools made for working, not kitchen accessories

    Your fit and finish were remarkably good on your early knifes. Your new profiles are something else Chef Mert . Excellent food release and great cutter. 2 thumbs up.

    Some forge welding at friends forge , flux squirting all over . I think we overheated the billet a bit , some parts didn't make it due to cracks
    I still managed to save a small knife size from the good part of it , going to try San mai kuro uchi
