    ok new ish cut and from the chuck (i happen to have bon in arm roasts and thing im going ot part out the roast.
    im in the right .... right
    hard for me to find aloto of breaking down info

  7. Looks more like a European cut, separated muscles, than an American. May be why your having trouble finding more info on it. We tend to just slice through everything for our steaks while over seas tend to deconstruct the muscles and make their cuts and steaks that way.
