my item has arrived in Canada, but was sent for further processing (I.E. customs just put a charge on it) but this should mean a Wednesday delivery... Oh. Hells. Yeah.... fine to get excited

do you really think i would be able to keep silent if that thing was in my hands lol... my local place has it, it will either be out today or monday now if the driver is having a lazy friday, customs must have been backed up as i had two other packages held up there for three days like the knife was, was excruciating watching it hung up there for so long, ive never had anything hang out there that long before

 

notice card left,... so as long as it doesnt say "can be picked up tomorrow", meaning monday... ill have it in my hands tonight

@James most Canada Post retail/pick-up locations are open Saturday.

 

yes... but the package guys don't leave the packages, of they don't drop them off Friday night,.. then nothing till Monday

which is what just happened to me now, crap. on the plus side the notice says nothing about customs fees

 

Well that sucks... I suppose I'm lucky that when I miss a delivery it goes to the pick up office that day and I manage to sweet talk the clerk into finding it for me early not next day.

 

mine usually do too, except on Fridays... they are also sending it to an odd store for pickup, and i don't recognise the hand writing, think maybe someone is covering my usual guy
