210mm stainless San mai gyuto in 52100

This knife was rough forged earlier this year during my visit at Bill Burke's shop , just managed to finish it .
It is stainless clad 52100 , the handle is 2 tone ambonya burl from burl source with brass bolster .
It is slight asymmetric grind for right handed user , with a great distal taper .
It is 3.3mm thick at the spine and just over 50mm tall , 176 grams in weight and the balance point is right in front of emoto at makes mark . I am very pleased with the way it turned out

Yeah, you've made me ALMOST wish that I was normal, and right-handed...almost. I want it!

 

Tom at this point I don't think either of us is normal I have just finished a left handed knife similar in monosteel but promised the owner not to post pics on forum until he gets it , I don't discriminate against southpaw s , happy to do left handed grinds although I am having difficulty testing them ...must find a left handed tester

 

I know the perfect guy! He lives right around the corner from me, so I can deliver it to him...or whatever.

Honestly, I need to get one. I plan on hocking some of my knives soon, and maybe I can grab one of yours to replace one.
