Lehman's has the 210 Gude available in the store but not listed on-line. https://www.lehmans.com/

They have a Canadian catalog so I guessing they can ship North.

How long should a bread knife be?

  4. 270 works just about perfectly for me. I guess 240 would work just as well, but I wouldn't want it shorter than that or longer than 300 in a tiny kitchen.

I finally pulled the trigger on something from the bay,... cheap enough it can go to the trash if it is no good lol. it is 12 inches in length, ill show it off when it comes in, but it is nothing special

Honestly my tojiro brd knife and my dexter chef knife have been my best investments so far. bread knife also seconds as a cake cutter....

  8. I was gonna say Tojiro ITK bread knife as well, but even though it's a good performer, it looks boring and James was after a 'cool knife' so the Gude fits the requirement better.
