Cheeks........ I'm on my fifth or sixth HHH and see no end anywhere in sight! Randy's recent plunge into san mai of blue #2 is absolutely off the hook. Anyway, enjoy your first HHH of, what I'm sure, will be many more!!! ump

 

I actually have a custom comming from randy that is San mai blue 2! Should be done in the next couple of months. Now I'm really getting pumped!

 

This is my newest that was just finished by Dave Martell. It will be going in the mail tomorrow.
Now I will have 2 beautiful Nakiris. I am going to have to plant a big garden this year so I will have lots of vegetables to cut up.

 

Can't believe it took me so long to get a Mizuno. You could say i'm impressed.

 

Awesome pick up! Mizuno needs more love.

 

Picked up a nice Forgecraft from Rick and he was kind enough to send it straight to Dave for some work.

Thanks! I have to say half the fun of the knife obsession (for me at least) is hunting down harder to find knives. Next on the list is a DT and a Damascus Kato.

Looks like a good amount of work on that one. I love Forgecrafts. They have just the right edge profile (rise/run) for me. That and I always remember my grandpa meticulously sharpening his Forgecraft chef knife every time I would visit.
