    Blue 2 honyaki yanagiba , was 270mm+ , straighten on anvil 6 times successfully , 7th time made it to 250mm

    2 knives that were finished and sold recently,
    170mm k tip gyuto , forged from blue2 , differentially heat treated with faint hamon that shows better in person . Handle is snakewood, nickel spacer and African Blackwood ferrule

    235 mm gyuto forged from 52100 , new ht recipe that allows better edge retention at same sharpenability, new improved asymmetric grind . Handle is Australian rosewood and nickel spacer
