    Some customs in works , 4 X 52100 , need to temper them more , it is around 65hrc with new heat treatment recipe after 3 temper and cryo cycles .
    And a custom stainless to vtoku core gyuto , this one needs more tempering as well , still around 65hrc .

    Thanks guys , new technique ( to me , it's been around 600-700 years apparently lol ) I am is producing incredible hamons with tons of ashi .

    Alex , It is a good piece of ringed Gidgee , the lighting in the shop made it look funny , I will take better pics and maybe a cutting video

    240mm wa gyuto in 52100 , handle is macassar ebony and nickel spacer . Guess where it is headed ? :)
