What's cooking?

We weren't too hungry last night and the corn has been really good lately, so we just had some street corn for dinner:




And today made up some Apricot/Blueberry/Ginger jam.

 

Oh man. Two glorious pictures of food so early in the morning!

 

Had some of the jam with some almond/buckwheat pancakes this morning. It was pretty good.

It's winter here, so pork belly dish is very suitable. Here's my attempt at pork belly rose, before and after saucing.

Right now a couple smallish butts and a rack of ribs. A couple pork tenderloins to go on later.

The ribs were ok, and the tenderloins were spot on, but the photo came out fuzzy. So you'll have to make do with a butt shot:




Not my best ever, but not bad for the first of the year with uncooperative weather.

 

Jeffery , I left the Weber brotherhood for bad reasons a couple decades back. A couple years back I returned and have cooked on it every time I could since. A top quality piece of machinery that they got right a long time ago.
