    Tanto boning knife and a 170mm western gyuto both in stainless clad takefu vtoku , the Handles are spalted big leaf maple with musk ox and copper for the boning and curly Koa and stainless bolster for the western gyuto

    A San mai suji in works for the Sydney knife show , it is forged from takefu vtoku stainless clad billet , handle is Honduras rosewood burl from @burlsource , nickel spacers and musk ox horn [​IMG]
