First couple blades for the Sydney show



Tanto boning knife and a 170mm western gyuto both in stainless clad takefu vtoku , the Handles are spalted big leaf maple with musk ox and copper for the boning and curly Koa and stainless bolster for the western gyuto

 

LIKE that boning knife! The gyuto isn't half bad, either. Wish I could go to the show!

A San mai suji in works for the Sydney knife show , it is forged from takefu vtoku stainless clad billet , handle is Honduras rosewood burl from @burlsource , nickel spacers and musk ox horn
