Wore out a couple of those starters, made one out of a stainless steel fire extinguisher.

 

nice. My first one was made of two coffee cans pop riveted together. It did not last.

 

Really wanted a pizza, but didn't have time to make a "real" crust, so loaded up a generic crust recipe with extra yeast. Had sauce in the freezer and other ingredients on hand. Quick and dirty, but it was tasty.

Bought couple good size flatheads from my local fish market and some squid , didn't manage to get any pictures before they saw some deba action , but here we go , the mis en place

I thought it could have been on the smoke another hour, but others gave it a PDG. Been watching the carbs since the vacation gain, so this is a diet meal!!
