    280mm custom gyuto with custom spec blade and handle
    , forged from 52100, handle is same size of a favourite sanjo handle of the client , d shaped with stabilised marbled horn and spalted tamarind

    210mm honyaki kiritsuke in blue 2 , handle is mallee burl , musk ox horn , walrus Ivory and copper spacers . It was sold at the Sydney knife show , forgot to take pic of it

    280mm workhorse honyaki gyuto . The client waited about a year for this knife , it meant to be San mai but he used the workhorse I made for myself at the Sydney show and changed it to honyaki on identical size , James saw me forging this knife during his visit
