Got a bit of a spa update and a new saya.

 

looks very nice, I've gotta get myself a Dalman.

 

it's pictures like this that makes me wanna get another Dalman, even though I already have 3

 

Wish I had some photo skills, Rader cleaver in 52100. 220x100mm, 428 grams. Hard to see from the pic, but a perfect edge profile, slight rise from the heel to about three inches from the tip and a nice flat spot from three inches to one inch from the tip, then another gradual rise to the tip.



Handle is maple burl (I think) and musk ox with some musk ox inlay and copper accents.

 

She's a looker Matt.

any cutting report yet?

 

Just an apple and a potato so far. No complaints. Will put her to good use this weekend as I help out with a food for a wedding.
