A bowl of plain Greek yogurt today, sweetened with a teaspoon of honey, added a tsp of cocoa powder and a mix in of chocolate and coffee granola.

Don't really have time for breakfast, would rather sleep so I buy something on the way to work. If I'm feeling healthy it'll be a couple of oranges, but generally I buy a packet of buns

Vanilla hazelnut crepes this morning. Got to use our new de Buyer Carbone Plus pan this morning. Much better than our old non-stick.

We've been substituting almond flour and coconut flour in our banana nut pancakes at home . My kids favorite. We have a few chickens so we eat a lot of eggs. Scrambled eggs with some melted cream cheese or a little sour cream cooked in brown butter during the week a few times.

Not organized enough for the breakfast I really would like. In a perfect world, it would be a couple of shots of espresso to warm up and a latte with some fresh baked rolls (ha, would have to bake those myself...), country ham, butter, scrambled or poached eggs, homemade jam, freshly squeezed OJ, and some fresh fruit. In reality it's mostly mediocre Kona-blend coffee in our cafeteria, sometimes with a banana, sometimes with a tuna sandwich (on plastic bread but at least with all kinds of veggies on it). The occasional weekend treat is kim chee fried rice with a couple of eggs and a side of bacon with a bottomless cup of Kona coffee at my local diner.

Hey maybe I am overcompensating! That's the plate from the Jefferson Diner of NJ Fame.

Venison. A friend of mine was kind enough to give me some. It has pork in it, otherwise it would be horribly dry.

I've taken a recent liking to eggs poached in either tomato sauce or with tomatoes.
    Cutting out bread.

Still doesn't beat a good bacon, egg and cheese on an Amoroso hoagie roll, but it'll do.

Couple of times a week I'll make up some steel cut oatmeal.
