how many between Connie's and my Knife ?, and since John is more patient can i get mine first ?

Here's a 240mm gyuto & 190mm santoku, thinned, etched, and new handles. You can see the handles being made HERE

 

Santoku looks superb. Either Dave or Erilyn, could you please let me know if edge length or tip to heel on Santoku is actually 190mm or more?

The 190mm santoku actually measures 185mm from heal to tip.
