Cinco de Mayo thoughts

    I'm just going to throw out a start idea for this years Cinco de Mayo grilling feast. Looking for other things to go along with my main protein.

    I'm going to take taco seasoning and dry rub a couple of whole chickens over night then beer can them on the grill with a good Mexican beer, This should make a good tear apart meat for tacos. Any thoughts on the fillings and sides?

    Remember, the more food that causes drooling and stays within the holiday the better.
