    Thanks for the welcome, I have a feeling that this is going to be a dangerous place for me as I have a definite love for sharp things, mainly in the folding variety. But have recently started upgrading my knives of the cooking variety and have fallen in love with carbon knives after recently buying a zakuri nakiri in blue #1. My globals don't take or keep and edge like this!
