great now ive been window shopping, doesnt help that I watched an Anthony Bourdain show in toronto the other night where he went to this great little Japanese knife place (Tosho Knife Arts if you are wondering) so now in my head im back to being in awe of the nakiri, as well as a carving knife of some kind, on the plus side that would be it and these things last a lifetime so two more knives and im done right ? well maybe a bread knife, but then you never need to spend all that much on them

I'm not allowed to play with sharp knives, I was thinking of starting an upscale butter knife thread.

 

How about Spoons Jason? We do that really well here.

 

We need a "what's cooking" Microwaves & Toasters forum.
The secret to good toast is real butter.
Be sure to flip your frozen burritos half way through the cook time.
