140mm Santoku/Wa

Blade: HHH Damascus, RC 61 140mm tip to heel. height 42mm at heel. Spine thickness 2.5mm above the heel tapering to the tip.
Grind: This one is Asymmetric ground, Right. Damascus pattern is one we call Tribal..
Spine and choil are rounded for added comfort in use.

Handle: Wa construction with stabilized maple burl furrul and natural Ironwood burl main handle. Hand finished to 2000 Grit and 6 coats of hand rubbed oil finish after that. Pictures dont do this wood justice. Its amazing and among the very best figured woods of this species I have even used.
