    Hi, knife people! I'm a veteran kitchen knife collector and home cook / outdoorsman from Portland, Oregon. I enjoy traditional Japanese and Nordic culinary and outdoor knives, ranging from hon kasumi yanagibas to puukko knives. I am no longer increasing my collection at a fast pace, and have pared down to what I consider the essentials, now that I have some full customs in my lineup and have optimized my collection for utility. Here is my collection:
