    My name is Eshel, from tel aviv, Israel.
    I'm in the restaurants business for about 3 years now. Love everything about cooking and pastry, I'm also homebrewing beers as a hobby.
    My second love is artisan, japanese knifes and sharpenning.

    (As you can see, my english is not very good, so please - forgive me and don't hesitate to correct me when needed).
