  2. Hi Jim, I'm excited to join the community! I'm a home cook who moved from London to the San Francisco bay area two years ago. My interest in kitchen knives started a few months ago and I currently own a Gengetsu semi-stainless 210mm, a Gesshin Ginga petty, and a custom nakiri from a Polish maker and a Marko practice suji are coming my way.

    I love experimenting with new recipes and I usually cook Indian, Italian, and Chinese food.

    Looking forward to learning more through the forum!
