Post pictures in this thread. It's what I do. You have much better control of your photos, both size and quality.

I suggest that you use Imgur as a hosting service rather than the previously recommended Photobucket, unless you really want to pay hundreds of dollars a year for the privilege of linking the images to a remote site.
