    Any arborists here?

This tree has been growing for a couple years now and I have no idea what it is. No other trees like it around me that I can see.

Not much of an arborist but it looks like a Magnolia tree.

Possibly a deciduous magnolia, but not a Southern Magnolia (leaves are stiff and glossy.) Although my deciduous magnolias look a little different. If you crumple up a leaf, is there any fragrance?

    Hi Jason,

I'm not in your zone and not up on what's common there but it looks like a young Chokecherry (Prunus virginiana).
