yes im thinking about it
so i need feedback on blade size and shape
likly be a frame lock and fully ti handle slabs but might offer a CF or G10 side to lighten it up a bit
still working out what kind of price point i could hit

 

I'd like to see something around 3-3.5" more in the line of everyday carry than a tactical style blade

Yes 3-3.5 is perfect. Please no tactical crap, "tactical" pocket knife, what a jokeave.

 

I've been really partial to the Spyderco PM2 blades for the last few years. I really think that size and profile is handy for everyday use.

 

Another profile that guys seem to like a bunch and call more of a "gentleman" folder is the Benchmade Osborn 940 profile.

 

used to carry a PM all the time and was on ground floor when the knife was being worked up since i could not carry my millie after i got out of the marines
im goin to keep piecign thoughts and sizes /specs on whata would eb a nice all round knife

Have you decided on a style, size and price point yet

 

not yet but leaning to drop point and or sharpfinger kind of blade shape. wanted a hawk bill option but i dont think i can make all 3 styles fit the same handle price point i ll have no clue of till i get all the costs in order

the trick will be making the 2 profiles fit into the same handle shape and how much over sized parts will need to be to allow custom fit up

 

The drop point would be my choice, with G10 scales .
