    I wish cookbooks were just all pictures. It sure makes it look easy compared to a whole page of ingredients and cooking directions.

    This recipe has become my go-to "ready a few hours before the main event" snack when I smoke on the Weber (though I tend to go with a mild italian sausage instead of ol' Jimmy Dean). Always a crowd pleaser. Thanks, Jim!
