WTT catcheside mono gyuto for yanagi

    Hello folks.
    I have used(a fair bit) but looked after Catcheside chefs knife which is 24 cm long. Monosteel and I think in O2, nice and hefty with shig a like profile but not too thick. Recently thinned but not polished fully and shall be posted as such.
    Pics are not available at the moment as I’m on holiday.

    I wish to trade it for some interesting Yanagi. Must be 300 preferably 330 or longer ;)

    I will accept dropping some cash on the table too, if need be.
