    Found an old photo of a plate of food I made with my first knife. Then everyone else started taking pics of their food, and I got jealous... So I got better. Also took better photos but I'm guessing one of these would bring you to my table quicker then the other.

    Gordon Ramsey taught me how to make that. I mean I read it from one of his books, but same thing really.

    They both tasted good. I haven't done a roast in a while either, maybe something new to try on the grill.
