210mm gyuto in 52100

    Officially first knife from the new shop . It is 210mm gyuto forged from 52100 , handle is very cool piece of amboyna burl from my special stash that has tones of red , orange , green in it . 50mm tall at the heel , tapering from 3.3mm to 1 mm at the tip . Sold , thanks for looking
