255mm left handed western gyuto

    I have finished this knife few weeks ago but wanted post pics only after it was received by its owner . I am very thankful that the the owner of the knife gave me the measurements and asked my preferences and suggestions , giving me quite a bit of freedom . Here is the result ,

    255mm Western handled gyuto forged from 52100 ground for left handed person . The handle is two coloured red mallee burl which is becoming my favourite handle material along with ringed gidgee . Instead of brass I used nickel silver for bolster this time . It is 255mm at the edge , 55mm tall and weighs 249 grams , thanks for looking
