270mm Feather gyuto

    HHH Knives Custom 270mm Chef knife..

    This one is a combination of 2 of my favorite materials. Feather damascus and curly koa. The blade is just under 11" of cutting edge. This one was VERY photogenic And the camera loved it. Taking knife pictures is not a easy thing to do. and taking GOOD knife pictures is a art in itself. Sometimes I manage to get a few good ones. Today EVERY one was a good one! So I shared a bunch on different backdrops.

    That's a sweet looking knife, and out of all woods, curly koa is one of my favorites. Nice work.

    I plan to offer these in a "240mm" size. These are made for and designed to fit my standard 240mm blade and handle shape. These will work perfect for both my custom 240's as well as any of the production chefs from last years run. I will be offering them here and on my web site soon. The price point will be 75.00 to 150.00 depending on the sheath. and the tooling or inlay work etc. Here is a image of a few as a example of what I am thinking. I will also have more of the carved designs. ranging for stuff similar to these and ranging into artwork, with Koa fish, dragons, and other cool stuff like sculls or flames. or the combination of any and more!! All are made from 8/9 ounce leather. and are pre fitted to accept the handle. So the "mouths" are already shaped..

    Stay tuned and when I have the first batch ready I will put up a link.
