WTB 270mm Shigefusa yanagiba, 240mm Carbon gyuto

    I am looking for a 270mm Shigefusa yanagiba. I recently sold my Mizuno and now miss having two and am very interested in giving a Shig single bevel a whirl. Other males would be entertained but I would really like a Shigefusa. JWW just listed one, but the price seems out of line with most Shig prices, scarcity I guess?

    The other hole in my kit is a 240mm gyuto. All of mine have left for new homes, and I would like to have at least one. All makes considered, carbon preferred. I tend towards beefier knives, and am actively considering a Watanabe or possibly another Heiji in carbon.
