8.5" Sanmai Gyuto just finished

  1. I made a made a batch of W2(Aldo's)/1018 sanmai recently, enough to make 4 decently sized gyuto. This is one of those.

    I am not quite sure if I am allowed to really post stats on this forum being a regular member. And I have search in several places and havent found a warning for makers, being simply members to just show off completed work. Feel free to delete if I am breaking the rules, and I wont make the same mistake twice.
