WTS Ashi Hamono Ginga 240 Wa-Gyuto Stainless

    Hey All,
    Up for sale is an unused and unsharpened Ashi Hamono Ginga 240mm Stainless Wa-Gyuto.
    There is a shallow crack in the handle wood, but the ferrule remains undamaged. I suspect the wood dried out. I have treated the handle with several coats of tsubaki oil and a finish coat of beeswax/tsubaki to heal her up. Very nice convex grind on this one.
