I've got a new product to show you today, it's a bamboo knife block made in Japan. [IMG]

Made from stylish laminated bamboo, this knife block has removable shelving that allows different arrangements to be chosen to suit the needs of multiple patterns, sizes, and styles of knives.

Each shelf can be removed for ease in cleaning. This is a great feature not seen in traditional slotted knife blocks.

The longest knife that will fit in this block is 270mm. *Note - Some tall gyutos and cleavers will not fit in this block. Please note the block & slot measurements listed below to ensure that your knives will fit properly before purchasing.

    Slot Sizing:
    Qty. 1 - Width 105mm × height 7mm
    Qty. 3 - Width 49mm × height 7mm
    Qty. 2 - Width 43mm × height 7mm
    Qty. 3 - Width 37mm × height 7mm
    Qty. 1 - Width 93mm × height 10mm

    Overall Sizing:
    Width 130mm
    Depth 298mm
    Height 230mm

That's a great concept -- nice find, Dave. Will you eventually have an option to pick what shelves are desired?

It comes with what it comes with and unfortunately I can't change that.

I think if one were really interested you may be able to sand down/remove that center column....pretty cool to have removable pieces to clean. Great idea.
