Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?

    I'm never sure when I should start a new thread about a sale or new inventory in the store so that it reaches the biggest audience right away. Should I do it in the morning before work or in the evening after work? Before dinner or after dinner? I guess the other way of asking is - when are you on Kitchen Knife Fora? I know some of you are on all the time, but what about the rest of you?

    I know for most chefs its late night. After the restaurant is closed I like to take a peek at what happened during the day on the fora.
