F/S 160mm Bunka Bano Bocho, Blue #2 san mai F/S

    Bunka Bano Bocho, This style blade lends itself to cutting fish, proteins as well as veggies.

    San mai Blue #23 core stainless clad,,
    160mm Bunka Bano Bocho Blade with
    OAL: 308mm a little over 12"
    Blade: 160mm tip to heel..
    51mm tall at heel. 3mm thick at spine. tapering to the tip. Spine and choil are rounded for added comfort in use.

    Heat treated to 62/63 RC
    Handle: a combination of Stabilized maple burl and black wood laminate ferrule, Its a Dovetail construction..
