F/S 240mm Stainless chef Ironwood burl F/S

    Ironwood and stainless 240mm Gyuto.

    $420.00 + delivery.

    PayPal prefered.

    This one is 240mm blade AEB-L Heat treated to a RC of 61. Blade is approx 48mm tall at the heel and approx 2.5mm thick at the heel tapering to the tip. Handles are Desert Ironwood burl. The burl is beautiful. and didnt picture as nice as I would of liked. Its pretty dark in color with super tight burl clusters. Copper pins with single mosaic pin.
