    HHH Custom Knives 240mm Stainless Gyuto.
    This one is 240mm blade AEB-L Heat treated to a RC of 61.

    Blade is approx 48mm tall at the heel and approx 2.5mm thick at the heel tapering to the tip.

    Handles are Stabilized Black Ash burlwood. Just packed full of eyes. This piece has amazing contrast. Its beautiful stuff!! Stainless pins with single mosaic pin
