F/S 270mm Tsunami damascus Gyuto

    HHH Custom Knives 270mm Gyuto. FOR SALE

    Blade is High carbon damascus, Tsunami pattern. HRC 61.5 High Polished finish.
    OAL is approx 15 1/2" 395mm
    Blade measures 10 1/2" or 268mm tip to heel. Height at the heel is apprx 2 1/8" tall or 53mm.. Spine thickness is approx 2.5mm Tapering gradually to a nice thin tip.
    Rounded spine and relieved choil for comfort in use.

    Handle is stabilized Buckeye Burl with Black and yellow (Yellow jacket) spacers.
    Stainless pins with single center pin a stainless, copper and brass mosaic

    Weight: 9.6 ounces.

    This one has my latest "new" grind. Its a asymmetrical R hand grind. Im loving the way this blade feels and cuts.

    Randy, I'm sorry but of the many well known custom makers today you have the most badass, sexiest looking knives I have ever seen! ABSOLUTE PIECES OF ART! My dream is to own one some day! If I have to sell a kidney I will have a custom Haas!
