Filet and boning knives

Hey guys. I managed to get the pre buy knives finished. I also made a couple of "extras"

I did both a filet knife grind and a boning knife. The filet knife is thinner and more flexible. more distal taper and a finer tip. The boning knives have more rigidity yet have a nice tip and nice distal taper.

I also did one damascus filet knife and this thing is a WHIP. the flex and rebound are quite impressive. In my testing I was flexing this blade to damn near a 90 degree bend. I think she could of went even more but thought better of pushing it to destruction. Anyways. If ya like a filet with great flex you will LOVE this thing!

The AEB-L Stainless steel knives are approx 8" blades All of the filet blades come with leather saya/sheaths Of 1 of the Boning knife does not.
