For Sale 250mm sujihiki in AEB/L

    This knife is from the last batch of sujihiks I have done , it is 250mm at the edge , 35 mm tall at the heel . It is professionally heat treated with cryo and tested at 61.5 hrc. The western handle is Australian ringed gidgee with a mosaic pin and brass tip. It is one of the knives I brought to Sydney gathering with me and I have fiddled with the grind more to make it a better cutter.I can try to take better choil pictures as I clearly struggle with them.
