Gyuto and petty heading to UK

    While i am preparing for Sydney Knife show I managed to finish these knives , a 280 mm gyuto forged from 52100 and a petty made from 15n20 . Since the original gyuto turned out to be too blade heavy i have made another knife .
    Handles are mallee burl with bog oak ferrules , petty has a copper bolster . Here are cutting videos of them and showing the distal taper on the gyuto ( prior to polishing the spine )
