    Some unexpected bills is forcing my hand here.
    This is a Kochi stainless clad mystery carbon core 240 gyuto with a custom handle by Ian Rogers of Haburn. I do not recall the wood as I bought it over 3 years ago. I saved it for a special project and this was it.
    240 on edge, 52.5 height on the heel.
    Blade has been polished by me, hence the discounted price.
    Asking $445 all in.
