PRE BUY 240mm Chef knife 220.00

Like the title says. Its offical. Prebuy 2014 is on.

The knife is my standard 240 profile. Its a AEB-L Stainless blade. and heat treated and Cryo treated to a hardness of 61/62.

For this batch I switched up and went with G-10 for the handles. There will be 2 options. First is a batch I had made special in Neon Green and hunters orange. and the second option is yet to be determined. Im thinking something not neutral. A brown and tan, or a black. etc.

These should be ready for shipping by mid to late July.

the PRE BUY price will be 220.00 + shipping. The retail I am hoping to be 240.00 but it may end up a little higher?

I do plan to do a follow up run of line knives/petty knife. and possibly a pairing knife. Which will have the same options so a matching set is a very real possibility!!
