    Okay, my efforts continue to reduce my stash. I love this knife and it has taken me through 2 canning seasons with great ease, unfortunately it only really gets used a once a year (but it performs well during that time). I just don't use a paring knife as much as I thought I might.

    Pierre Rodrigue Damasteel 90mm paring with dyed maple burl handle, asking $175.00.

    The handle is actually a lot more red than it appears in the picture and really "pops"
