Rust Eraser Recommendations Please

Discussion in 'Sharpening forum' started by Leo Barr, Jan 19, 2016.

  1. I usually use a cork with a bit of cream scourer on it or wet & dry sand paper .
I often get asked by chefs if I can get them rust erasers & oils.
I have found I can get Camellia oil in quantity at good prices so I should like to sell them rust erasers along with the oil does anyone have recommendations for either a make or type of eraser to look for the prices seem to go from $1 to $15 for a single eraser it looks like the rubber erasers with diamond dust in them are possible good . The really cheap ones look like a sanding sponge with only a course skin on them.
Ideally I would like to buy a bulk order but since I am sharpening knives in Michelin star restaurants quality is more important than price.
